i dont know why but this song just radiates 1950's energy I LOVE IT
My absolutely favorite airplane - of all time! - is the late 1020s two-engine bi-plane AMPHIBIAN Sikorsky S-38 (or even it's one-engine sibling, the S-39). ... It was referred to as the 'Air Yacht', and it could leisurely stay aloft at the incredibly slow stall speed in the low 60s MPH! ... I would so much have loved to leisurely fly it, island hopping, throughout the Caribbean, fish from its long flat-top nose - even barbecue on it! - while getting a tan on its lower wing! .. And, while a slow Jazzy torch song wails away from the phonograph, or the radio! .. Aaaaaaaaah! .. (There are still two or three in flying condition!)

Hey there a cat in my trash can. So I left it there.
All this talk about Marvel movies and Capt. America. Not a word about how utterly brilliant and powerful Harry James' trumpet sounds!

I played Solo Trumpet until my Jr year in College, 10 years --- Few Hornmen I have heard in half a century have the Beautiful almost Haunting Tonal Quality and Natural Vibrato of, Harry James. Also loved Ziggy Elman and Raphael Mendez except for different reasons. ....more recently Chris Botti caught my ear because of the 'Purity' of his tonal quality, just missing that gentle Natural, Vibrato ( not initiated with the hand).
I accidentally played this song full blast in history lmao
Wow- This just came upon my feed today, after being up for 13 years. On the records other side was Prince Charming. Back in the early 1950's, as a high school kid, I did little theater with an adult group. In what ever play it was and it was a mystery, one that featured an off stage band, both sides of the record were used at different points---I know because I was the sound "technician", which, in those days, meant putting a 78 rpm record on a turntable and dropping the needle.
Bro that sunset really says:
Encontré un temazo de casualidad uffff en efecto es musica
It Gives The Same Feeling As Over The Rainbow I Don’t Know I Just Love It Thank You Marvel And OFF Will Forever Ever Love This Song.
I think we all know why we came here
